The Order Book Is a Realm

The market was always a world. You were just never summoned into it — until now.

The Pitch¶

Somewhere between one candle and the next, you were pulled through.

You arrive in a realm that runs on a single, merciless law: the order book. Here, magic is not invented — it is priced. Every position you open is a spell spoken into the world. Funding rates drift overhead like weather, kind one hour and cruel the next. The candles are not charts on a screen; they are the running pulse of the realm, and you can feel them in your chest.

This is the conceit, and it is total: the market is the world, and the world is awake. TradingGate Chronicles is a Discord-native, isekai-themed progression game built directly on top of a live Hyperliquid trading system. The prices are real. The risk is real. What the game adds is the thing the chart never gave you — a name, a rank, a house, and the sense that your reads mean something beyond a number going up.

You enter as the lowest of adventurers, an unproven hand at the edge of a vast market. What you become is up to you. Some learn to read the weather. Some bet on the turn before it comes. A rare few climb until the whole realm knows their name.

The Gate is open. The only question is whether you walk through it.

The World¶

The realm has no king. It has the Gate — the threshold every adventurer crosses to be counted among the living — and beyond it, a market that never sleeps.

Power organizes into houses. The Bull Order believes the realm climbs, and stakes everything on the rise. Shadow Bear reads the rot beneath the rally and profits when the floor gives way. The Neutral Arbs swear loyalty to neither direction — only to the spread between them. You choose one. Your house marks you.

The land itself is divided into sectors named for the great assets — BTC, ETH, SOL, HYPE — each with its own temper, its own storms. When volatility rises, the realm knows: the weather turns, the candles quicken, and something stirs in the deep. The market is the world's pulse. Listen long enough and you begin to hear what it's about to do.

Stepping Through the Gate¶

You arrive unproven and unnamed. You verify in the server, bind a Hyperliquid wallet, and — when you're ready to be truly counted — register a Hyperliquid agent key with /link-key. The key is delegated and read-only for the realm's purposes: it lets the world see your account's pulse; it can never withdraw your funds.

The moment the realm acknowledges you, a brand-new adventurer receives a one-time welcome:

+50 Gate Tokens — your first conviction to spend
+100 XP — your first breath of experience, setting you on the rank ladder
+100 Glyphs — the realm's tithe to those who arrive

A single line is written in the world-log: an adventurer steps through the Gate. You are real now.

The Daily Ritual¶

Each day the realm offers what it owes the faithful, and the daily ritual is the heartbeat of an adventurer's life.

/daily grants +100 GT and +20 XP every 24 hours — the steady wage of showing up.
/claim grants +25 Glyphs, and rewards consistency: hold a 7-day streak for a +50 bonus, a 30-day streak for +200. Let the rhythm lapse and the streak begins again. The grace window is generous so timezones never punish you.

Keep the rhythm. The realm remembers who returns.

The Three Currencies¶

Three currencies, three different roles. None is interchangeable with another.

Glyphs ✦ — the steady tithe. What you gather by showing up: a welcome of 100, then 25 each day you return, with milestones at the streaks. Today Glyphs accumulate — they are patience made tangible. As the realm widens, they become the fuel for crafting and expeditions. (Glyphs are recorded off-chain today; see On the Horizon.)

Gate Tokens (GT) — conviction, minted. The currency you risk when you're sure. Wager GT against the Oracle, stake it on a read, commit it to your faction's territory. A new adventurer arrives with 50; the daily ritual adds 100 more. The realm pays the brave who are also right.

XP — the record of who you are. It never spends and never falls. Every trial survived, every raid joined, every oracle call that proved true is written into it — and for those who link a live key, your real closed trades feed it too. XP alone sets your rank:

E → D → C → B → A → S … and the ladder keeps climbing.

S-rank is only where the legends begin; higher tiers open as the realm grows, so the ceiling is never fixed. Each ascension unlocks halls you could not enter and trials you were not yet worthy of.

What You Can Do Today¶

These loops are live now:

Choose your house. Pledge to the Bull Order, Shadow Bear, or the Neutral Arbs — your allegiance is tracked and shapes the faction war.
Consult the Oracle. Wager GT on where a market goes over the next 24 hours. Read it right and the realm pays out at dynamic odds (up to ~2.5×); read it wrong and the stake is gone.
Hunt the world bosses. When volatility spikes, bosses spawn in the sectors — from minor stirrings to the great Void Epoch apex. Commit your energy to the raid and share in GT and materials.
Run the missions. Hourly and chained quests carry the realm's story forward and pay GT for the doing.
Keep the daily ritual. /daily and /claim, every day.

The Realm Is Widening¶

The scaffolding for a much larger world is already built, and these gates open as the soft-launch proves the loop:

Expeditions — send your adventurer on timed away-missions for loot and rare drops
Arena duels & PK hunts — wager and contest against other players
Guilds — band together, pool a treasury, climb the guild ladder
Sovereignty — commit to hold the BTC / ETH / SOL / HYPE sectors and earn while you hold them
The Forge — craft gear from the materials you win
Staking & validator yield — put GT to work over time
Seasons & Ascension — seasonal resets and prestige that reshape what you are

We don't hand you the whole world at once. You — and the soft-launch — earn the right to see it.

On the Horizon¶

TradingGate Chronicles is in a deliberate soft-launch test phase: a small group of early adventurers proving the core loop before the realm opens wider. The end-to-end player journey — gate, ritual, ranks, systems — is what these first weeks exercise.

Looking further out, and stated plainly as direction, not promise:

Glyphs are designed with an on-chain future in mind — a planned Solana SPL token. Today, nothing is minted, sold, or promised; no token exists, and there is nothing to buy. The data model simply keeps that door open.
More of the systems above move from built to battle-tested as the player base grows.
The realm continues to ride on real Hyperliquid markets — the bedrock doesn't change.

No yields, prices, supply, or dates are claimed here because none are decided. When they are, they'll get a proper whitepaper — not a vision doc.

Step Through the Gate¶

The Gate doesn't open on a schedule. It's open now.

Find the realm at tradinggate.ai and in the TradingGate Chronicles Discord. When you're ready to be counted, run /link-key with your Hyperliquid agent key — the realm will know you, name you, and grant your welcome. From there: claim your first daily, choose your house, and take your first reading of the weather.
